1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use describe the rules for using ABA Exam Hub, including the website, account features, mock exams, review tools, mini exams, membership, and related services.

By creating an account, starting a membership, or using the service, the user agrees to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. What ABA Exam Hub provides

ABA Exam Hub provides exam preparation tools designed to help candidates practice with mock exams, review performance, identify weaker domains, and move into targeted practice.

ABA Exam Hub is an independent preparation tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any official certification body unless expressly stated in writing.

3. No guarantee of exam outcome

Practice scores, domain performance, review activity, and mini exam results are study signals only. They do not guarantee readiness, eligibility, certification, licensure, employment, or any official exam outcome.

Users remain responsible for their own study decisions, exam registration, eligibility requirements, and official exam preparation obligations.

4. Accounts and security

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity that happens through their account.

Accounts are intended for individual use. Sharing access, reselling access, copying protected content, or using another person's account is not allowed.

ABA Exam Hub may restrict or suspend access if an account appears to be misused, compromised, shared, or used in a way that harms the service or other users.

5. Membership and payments

Some features require an active membership. Membership may include full mock access, detailed results, missed-question review, targeted mini exams, and continued study workflows.

Prices, billing periods, included features, and renewal terms should be shown before checkout. Payment processing is handled by a payment provider.

Membership access is activated after payment status is confirmed. If payment is canceled, fails, or expires, paid features may remain unavailable or return to read-only access.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Users may manage membership according to the billing flow made available in the product. Cancellation affects future access and does not necessarily remove past account records.

Refund availability depends on the refund policy shown at purchase or otherwise provided by ABA Exam Hub. Any final refund policy should be reviewed before launch.

7. Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the service, interfere with normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy question content, distribute answer explanations, upload harmful content, or use the service to violate the rights of others.

Users may not use ABA Exam Hub content to build a competing product, publish question banks, train commercial datasets, or share protected materials outside the product.

8. Content and ownership

ABA Exam Hub and its content, design, explanations, question materials, software, and product structure are owned by ABA Exam Hub or its licensors.

A membership gives the user a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for exam preparation. It does not transfer ownership of the product or its content.

9. User content and feedback

If a user sends messages, support requests, suggestions, corrections, or feedback, ABA Exam Hub may use that information to respond, improve the product, and maintain the service.

Users should not submit confidential third-party information unless they have permission to do so.

10. Service changes and availability

ABA Exam Hub may change features, content, pricing, or availability over time. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, or issues outside reasonable control.

ABA Exam Hub may update, remove, or replace practice content to improve quality, accuracy, or product readiness.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided for exam preparation and study support. It is not professional, legal, clinical, academic, licensing, or certification advice.

ABA Exam Hub is provided as available and does not promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual study plan.

12. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ABA Exam Hub is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to every user.

13. Governing terms

The governing law, venue, dispute process, and any required state-specific terms should be finalized before launch.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts should continue to apply as much as allowed by law.
