1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how ABA Exam Hub handles information connected to the website, account creation, exam preparation tools, membership, support, and related services.

ABA Exam Hub is built for exam preparation. It is not an official certification body, and practice activity inside the service is not an official exam record.

2. Information provided directly

Information may be provided when an account is created, a membership is started, support is contacted, or profile details are updated. This may include name, email address, account credentials, membership status, and messages sent to support.

If payment is required, payment details are handled by a payment provider. ABA Exam Hub does not need to store card numbers to provide membership access.

3. Study activity

ABA Exam Hub may keep study activity connected to an account, including mock exam attempts, answers selected, review completion, mini exam activity, scores, domain performance, and progress across attempts.

This information is used to show results, recommend the next study step, keep prior attempts available, and make the study experience more consistent between sessions.

4. Information collected during use

When the service is used, ABA Exam Hub may collect basic information about account access, page activity, device or browser type, general location, and actions taken inside the product.

This information helps keep the service working, protect accounts, understand product usage, improve the experience, and measure whether marketing pages are effective.

5. How information is used

Information is used to create and protect accounts, verify email addresses, provide exam preparation features, process membership access, respond to support requests, improve the product, prevent misuse, and communicate important account or service updates.

ABA Exam Hub may also use limited usage information to understand which features are helpful and where the experience should be improved.

6. How information is shared

Information may be shared with service providers that help operate ABA Exam Hub, such as payment processing, email delivery, hosting, analytics, customer support, and security support.

Information may also be shared if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or misuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

ABA Exam Hub does not sell personal information as part of its exam preparation service.

7. Email and account communications

Account-related emails may include verification codes, password reset messages, payment or membership notices, product updates, and support responses.

Some emails are necessary to provide the service. Marketing emails, if offered, should include a way to unsubscribe.

8. Choices and access

Users may update certain account details in the profile area. In the MVP, email address changes are not supported after registration, so an incorrect email may require creating a new account.

Users may request help with account access, privacy questions, or deletion requests by contacting support. Some information may need to be kept when required for security, legal, billing, or recordkeeping reasons.

9. Security

ABA Exam Hub uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect accounts and study information. No online service can promise perfect security, so users should keep passwords private and contact support if account access seems unusual.

10. Children

ABA Exam Hub is designed for professional certification candidates and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, contact support so we can review and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the product changes. The effective date will be updated when meaningful changes are made.
